The chair balances on the border between what is s6ll usable and what becomes unnecessary. The value of the material changes depending on the approach – while it remains, it forms a func6onal unit, but when it is removed, the purpose itself disappears. The tension between fullness and emp6ness raises the ques6on of when less is truly more and whether absence can be as significant as presence.
